Who is Erin Macartney

Erin Macartney is a Bay Area based artist and teacher. Her art is mostly inspired by her young daughter, Molly, and the children she has worked with over the years. Erin has spent her life teaching children, always practicing her art as a hobby. It wasn’t until recently that she decided to devote more of her time to her art practice, making art that children would love.

Erin is constantly dabbling in new art forms, always curious to learn more. During the shelter in place in 2020 she fulfilled her dream of learning to make her own paint! Many of her pieces are created with her own paints.
